This is a 2007 Fender 1965 Stratocaster Custom Shop Relic. It has a beautiful candy apple red with a medium relic finish. The fretboard is also especially nice on this guitar being dark brown with a hint of reddish wood striping.

The Fender Custom Shop 1965 Relic Stratocaster Electric Guitar features include an alder body with thin lacquer finish, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard with 9.5" radius, 60s Stratocaster pickups with 5-way switching, Aluminum Gold Anodized pickguard, and vintage hardware. This detailed Custom Shop reproduction of a 1965 Strat was built utilizing original tooling and production techniques of the era. And its Relic finish treatment gives it the look of a well-traveled and played axe, although it is absolutely new in setup and playability.
