The holiday home "Villetta Concetta" is located directly on Lake Maggiore in Maccagno (Italy). It offers place for up to five persons and is beautifully situated. The house and the spacious garden are sunny all year round, and thanks to high trees there are also shade places in summer. The bungalow-style house has three bedrooms with a total of five beds and two modern bathrooms. The necessary furniture, free Internet (WiFi), TV/radio, kitchen utensils, Thermomix, Nespresso coffee machine etc. are at your disposal.

There is a fireplace in the spacious garden with palm trees and shady trees. From the garden you can enjoy a fantastic view over Lake Maggiore. There you can relax, read, play: just relax and enjoy your holidays. Crossing a small footpath you are already at or in the lake. The lake invites you to swim, surf, kite, wing-foil, sail or simply stroll along the shore of Lake Maggiore. The surroundings are also ideal for cycling tours and hikes.

Maccagno lies between the Swiss border (Dirinella; Gambarogno) and Luino. It can be easily reached by car or by train (own train station). In the village of Maccagno (with about 2'000 inhabitants) you will find everything you need to live and go on holiday: a shop, various (very good and affordable) restaurants and bars, take-aways, the best Gelateria/Pasticceria in the region, a pharmacy, a hairdresser for women and men, bus, train and boat stops, tennis courts, boccia courts, churches, a small museum, an auditorium as well as places where various cultural events take place throughout the year.
The surrounding towns (Luino, Cannero, Cannobio), but also Ticino (Locarno, Ascona) are easily accessible by boat, train or car. There is even a train connection to Milan.
