I'm looking forward to adding their new A12, an API type design that can use the traditional 2520's, the newer Brent Averill Avedis 1122 or SCA's own opamp.
I just recieved my SCA A12 kit today. I am blown away at the quality of this kit. The enclosure is like a tank, the PC boards are of very high quality, and the packing and completeness of the kit are first rate. I have yet to build it, but got ahold of some vintage 1973 API 2520s to use instead of the clones.
Seriously, anyone in the market for a new pre owes it to themself to check these out. They are available pre-built by the way, the building is just for some extra fun (and not too hard at all). I just can't get over how open and exciting the A12 sounds. Worth every penny and more.
