The appartment is in the 3rd floor of a well maintained building with elevator. It is 2.5 piece and is around 40 m2. It includes a grande bedroom open to a medium-sized balcony, a living room open to the kitchen, a bathroom, a corridor at the main door. In addition, there is a big storage room in the basement.

The building is located in a very quite and beautiful district in Bellinzona, close to Giubiasco. From both windows in the bedroom and the living room, the views are splendid and change amazingly in different seasons. Weekly cleaning service is nicely managed by the company including the gardens in front of the building.

The location is very convenient for life.

In addition, there is a big refrigerator, 2 small dinning tables with 6 seats and a wood stand for miscellaneous storage in the living room. Used for 2 years by me and they are now available with a 70% discount price, in total 500- CHF.

The laundry is in the basement with dedicated user time weekly. There are parking slots in front of the building. Most of the time, you can find a free slot to park and you can also rent a specific one at a reasonable price (70- CHF).

There are 3-4 apartments in each floor. All neighbors are friendly and quiet. Around half of them are local residents. Pets are also permitted as long as they are well educated.

The appartment is available from 01.01.2027. Monthly rent is just 650+100- CHF including all managing services. The user only needs to pay for extra electricity. Candidates that can take over my furniture are preferred.
