The Rangemaster is British Pedal Company's faithful replica of the original 1965 Dallas Rangemaster. Using a germanium transistor, the Rangemaster provides cutting treble boost, and can also, like the original, be used as an overdrive. The original was used by world class players such as Ritchie Blackmore and Tony Iommi, and this pedal gives you a great vintage vibe that exudes quality. This Rangemaster is housed in a pedal board friendly casing as part of British Pedal Company's Players Series. If you're looking for a booster that is more geared toward treble with less emphasis on low end, then the Rangemaster is for you.
