Available immediately, we have a furnished room on offer with view on the famous lake of Zurich and the sunrise above the Swiss mountains. Ideally we are looking for a long-term companion (more than 3 months), but are flexible with terms when needed. Reach out personally for further details.

The spacious and welcoming 6.5 rooms and 180 square meters apartment is situated at the left shore of the famous lake of Zurich just 15 public transport minutes away from the very Zurich CBD and 25 minutes away from the International Zurich Airport.

The apartment also includes 3 bathrooms with bathtub and shower as well as an in-house washing machine and dryer offering maximum flexibility and comfort. The kitchen comes with a lot of space to cook meals, store food and letting all wash by the handy dishwasher.

The living room on the second floor is very spacious and flooded with daylight and moonlight finishing it off with a beautiful fireplace for cozy and relaxing evenings. The apartment offers a very nice garden with lake view and its pristine location close to multiple lidos allows to refresh oneself in hot summer days or recharge after a demanding working day.

We are a community of easy-going, open-minded, international and business-minded people who love to have a good time together exchanging experiences and learning from each other to develop our potential and also appreciate the spacious rooms which allows one to spend some quiet time when desires. We speak multiple languages, have traveled every continent on this planet and love to interact in a multicultural environment.

The apartment is perfect for "young" professional expats as it comes with the right community who can perfectly relate to them and have the willingness to help them settle in Switzerland as well as providing already established furnishing for a smooth transition into the day to day activities.

If you feel like this sounds like the perfect environment for your next life projects, we invite you to get in touch with us as soon as possible, as this is clearly a highly sought after opportunity available on a first come first served basis for the one looking to join as soon as possible.
