This is not a singing class like the others.
Your voice is more than technique. It carries your body, your emotions, your story, and your presence. In my lessons we work with all of it: the whole voice, not only the notes.
I'm Miguel Baraka, a Brazilian singer, composer and guitarist based in Lucerne. My path runs through classical singing, choral conducting and composition. I have led choirs, shaped many voices, and learned to listen deeply to what a voice is really saying. From that experience, and from my own artistic journey, I created Elemental Voice, a method that explores the voice through the four elements:
Earth: the body, technique and the solid structure of your voice.
Water: the emotional flow. We listen to the feelings behind your voice, the ones that come before the singing.
Air: musical communication. How you give voice to those feelings and create a language to express them.
Fire: creativity, expression and strength. The artist in you, and your presence.
Each element opens a different part of your voice, and of you. Technique and sensitivity grow together, so you sing with more ease, truth and depth.
For whom: beginners, experienced singers, and anyone who wants to reconnect with their voice in a deeply way.
What to expect: a welcoming, attentive space, with no judgment and no rush. Every lesson is shaped around you.
