Guten Tag miteinander,

Ich werde kurzfristig ab Mitte November bis Mitte Januar ins Ausland verreisen und suche daher nach einem vertrauenswürdigen Untermieter für meine 2,5 Zimmer-Wohnung in zentraler Lage in Biberist. Alle auf den Bildern gesehenen Möbel können verwendet werden, lediglich die darin befindlichen privaten Gegenstände werden natürlich weggestaut. Die Miete wäre bis Mitte Januar vorgesehen, kann aber nach Absprache auch bis Mitte Februar verlängert werden. :)

Der Preis orientiert sich an meiner Miete, für andere Preisvorschläge bin ich ggflls offen.

Die Wohnung bietet Ihnen nach eigener Erfahrung folgende Vorteile :

-Bahnhof RBS Biberist in 2 Minuten Gehentfernung - alle 15 Minuten Direktverbindung nach Solothurn (4 Minuten) oder Bern (30 Minuten)
-Buslinien 2 und 3 direkt vor der Haustür (13 Minuten bis nach Solothurn)
-Mitten im Zentrum Biberists (COOP/Migros in 5 Gehminuten, Lidl in 12)
-eigener Parkplatz
-Innenstellplatz für Fahrräder

Good day,

I will be travelling abroad at short notice from mid-November until mid-January and am therefore looking for a trustworthy subtenant for my 2.5-room apartment in a central location in Biberist. All the furniture shown in the pictures can be used; only the personal belongings inside will, of course, be put away. The rental period would run until mid-January, but can be extended until mid-February by mutual agreement. :)

The rent will be based on what I currently pay, although I may be open to other price proposals.

Based on my own experience, the apartment offers the following advantages:

-RBS Biberist train station just a 2-minute walk away, with direct connections every 15 minutes to Solothurn (4 minutes) and Bern (30 minutes).
-Bus lines 2 and 3 right outside the front door (13 minutes to Solothurn)
-Right in the centre of Biberist, with COOP and Migros supermarkets within a 5-minute walk and Lidl within 12 minutes
-Private parking space
-Indoor bicycle storage
-Free shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
-Private balcony
-Private cellar storage unit

No debt enforcement extract or similar documents required.

Buenos días,

Por un viaje al extranjero que ha surgido con poca antelación, estaré fuera desde mediados de noviembre hasta mediados de enero. Por ello, estoy buscando una persona de confianza para subarrendar mi apartamento de 2,5 habitaciones, situado en una zona céntrica de Biberist. Se pueden utilizar todos los muebles que aparecen en las fotos; únicamente guardaré mis objetos personales. El alquiler está previsto hasta mediados de enero, pero se puede prolongar hasta mediados de febrero previo acuerdo. :)

El precio del alquiler se basará en el importe que pago actualmente, aunque podría estar abierto/a a otras propuestas económicas.

Según mi propia experiencia, el apartamento ofrece las siguientes ventajas:

-Estación de tren RBS de Biberist a solo 2 minutos a pie, con conexiones directas cada 15 minutos a Solothurn (4 minutos) y Berna (30 minutos).
-Líneas de autobús 2 y 3 justo delante de la puerta (13 minutos hasta Solothurn).
-Ubicación céntrica en Biberist, con los supermercados COOP y Migros a 5 minutos a pie y Lidl a 12 minutos.
-Plaza de aparcamiento privada.
-Espacio interior para guardar bicicletas.
-Lavandería compartida gratuita con lavadora y secadora.
-Balcón privado.
-Trastero privado en el sótano.

No se requiere certificado de ejecución de deudas ni documentación similar.
