Das gesamte Haus steht euch zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung ob allein, als Paar, Familie oder mit Freunden.

Selbstversorgung: Ihr gestaltet euren Aufenthalt ganz nach euren Vorstellungen.

Greece: Entire holiday home with panoramic mountain views.

A place to switch off: Our house is in Koufopoulo, near Andritsaina in the Peloponnese, a small mountain village with just a handful of permanent residents. The view stretches across wooded hills and valleys towards the distant horizon.

Come to read, walk, write, or simply enjoy having nothing scheduled. Particularly beautiful in spring and autumn.

The house

Five bedrooms across two floors and a large living room with a kitchen and fireplace.

Exclusive use of the entire house, whether you come alone, as a couple, with family or with friends.

Self-catering: Spend your days entirely as you please.

Washing machines available.

No on-site host or scheduled visits. Assistance with questions or technical problems is available on request.

Price and stay
1,400 per week for the entire house, regardless of the agreed number of guests. Minimum stay: seven nights. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning included.

Getting there
A car is essential. Allow approximately five hours from Athens Airport or three hours from Kalamata Airport.

Before confirming a booking, we have a brief video call to get acquainted and discuss your plans and practical questions. The house is intended for peaceful stays, not parties.
