Die Wohnung
Die totalsanierte Altbauwohnung (neue Fenster, dreifach verglast) verfügt insgesamt über 3.5 Zimmer und ist im ersten Stock. Die Quartierstrasse ist sehr ruhig (da Sackgasse) und grün.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell (dreiseitig Tageslicht), hat eine grosse Loggia (südseitig) und verfügt über mehrere Einbauschränke. Alle Wohnzimmer verfügen über einen wunderschönen Holzparkett (Pitch Pine). Sehr angenehme Nachbarschaft (zwei Parteien). Moderne Küche mit grossem Kühlschrank (ohne Geschirrabwaschmaschine). Zur Wohnung gehört ein geräumiges Kellerabteil und allenfalls kann ein Teil der Garage (Abstellfläche, Velos) hinzugemietet werden. Es gibt keinen Waschplan, du kannst waschen, wenn die Waschküche frei ist.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen alles Wichtige ist problemlos in Gehdistanzen erreichbar: Bahnhof 5 Minuten, Migros 4 Minuten, Innenstadt 10 Minuten, Altstadt 15 Minuten.

Toutes les pièces à vivre sont dotées dun magnifique parquet en bois (Pitch Pine). Voisinage très agréable (deux ménages). Cuisine moderne avec un grand réfrigérateur (sans lave-vaisselle). Lappartement dispose dun casier de cave spacieux et, le cas échéant, une partie du garage (espace de rangement, vélos) peut être louée en supplément. Il ny a pas dhoraire de lessive, tu peux faire ta lessive quand la buanderie est libre.

Lappartement est très bien situé en centre-ville : tout ce dont tu as besoin est facilement accessible à pied : la gare à 5 minutes, la Migros à 4 minutes, le centre-ville à 10 minutes, la vieille ville à 15 minutes.

This fully refurbished flat in an older building (new windows, triple-glazed) has a total of 3.5 rooms and is on the first floor. The street in the neighbourhood is very quiet (as it is a dead end) and green.

The flat is very light and bright (natural light from three sides), has a large loggia (facing south) and features several fitted wardrobes. All living rooms have beautiful wooden parquet flooring (Pitch Pine). Very pleasant neighbourhood (two households). Modern kitchen with a large fridge (no dishwasher). The flat comes with a spacious cellar compartment and, if required, part of the garage (storage space, bikes) can be rented as well. There is no fixed washing schedule, so you can do your washing whenever the laundry room is free.

The flat is very centrally located everything you need is within easy walking distance: the railway station is 5 minutes away, Migros 4 minutes, the city centre 10 minutes and the old town 15 minutes.
