Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hauseingang, mit ca. 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof Baden und 30 Minuten zum Zuerich HB mit oeffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln
Blick auf die Schafe (je nach Saison :D)
Miete und Verfuegbarkeit
Monatlicher Gesamtmietzins: CHF 2043.10, inklusive Nebenkosten und Tiefgaragenplatz.

Die Wohnung ist ab 1. November 2026 verfuegbar. Eine fruehere Uebernahme ist nach Absprache ebenfalls moeglich.
