!!to rent until end of march 2027!!

* Grosses privates Zimmer mit ca. 20 m²
* Möbliertes Zimmer mit Bett, Lampe, Kleiderschrank und KALLAX-Regal
* Voll ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche
* 3 Badezimmer für insgesamt 5 Personen
* Wöchentliche professionelle Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsräume
* WLAN inklusive
* Sämtliche Nebenkosten inklusive
* Komplett möblierte Wohnung

Large furnished room available in a spacious shared apartment at Weidstrasse in Rotkreuz, from the beginning of October (exact date flexible).
I am moving out of Switzerland after finding a new job, so I am looking for someone to take over my room.
The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor, with a rather unique feature: the elevator opens directly into the apartment.
It is a business shared flat, meaning that everyone is independent and has their own schedule and lifestyle. It is a great option if you enjoy having flatmates around while still having your own space and privacy.
The apartment includes:
Large 20 m² private bedroom
Fully furnished room with bed, lamp, wardrobe and kallax storage unit
Fully equipped shared kitchen
3 bathrooms shared between 5 people
Weekly professional cleaning of the common areas
Wi-Fi included
All utilities/charges included
Fully furnished apartment
Rent: CHF 1,290/month, all included.
The landlord is looking for someone who is employed, has a good credit history and is a good fit for the shared apartment.
Available from early October 2026, with the exact move-in date to be discussed.
