Das Gitzo GT2543L Carbonfaser-Stativ (Lang) der Serie 2 ist ein perfekt ausbalanciertes, leichtgewichtiges und stabiles Stativ mit 4 Beinsegmenten. Es wurde so entworfen, dass es sich voll ausgefahren auf Augenhöhe befindet. Das Gitzo GT2543L ist verlässlich auf die Benutzung mit DSLR-Kameras mit Objektiven von 200 mm bis maximal 300 mm abgestimmt. Es verfügt über Carbon eXact Rohre mit steiferem und größerem Beindurchmesser. Der Durchmesser des obersten Beinsegmentes von 29 mm und die hochsteifen Carbonfasern in den unteren Beinsegmenten machen das Stativ verdrehsteifer und belastbarer als andere. Das Gitzo GT2543L wiegt nur 1,74 kg, erreicht ausgefahren eine Höhe von 179 cm und kann auf 61 cm zusammengeklappt werden. Dieses Stativ ist die perfekte Wahl für passionierte und professionelle Fotografen, die sich einen extrem strapazierfähigen, zuverlässigen Träger für makellose Fotografie wünschen. Die starre Mittelsäule kann einfach abgenommen werden, wodurch das Stativ in ein Bodenhöhen-Set umgewandelt wird, um dem Fotografen das Einfangen einer möglichst weiten Perspektive zu ermöglichen. Darüber hinaus ist es mit einem Umsteckmechanismus der Säulen ausgestattet. Die 4-Segmente-Beine des Gitzo GT2543L sind mit G-Lock Ultra-Drehverschlüssen mit einem eingebauten Dichtungsring gesichert, der das Eindringen von Schmutz und Staub in den Beinmechanismus verhindert. Die obere Stativspinne wurde neu entwickelt, um eine höhere Steifigkeit zu gewährleisten, großzügige Beinwinkel-Wahlschalter bieten eine breitere Grifffläche zur Winkeleinstellung der Beine. Das Stativ ist mit einem Stabilisierungshaken an der Mittelsäule ausgestattet, um es bei Bedarf für mehr Standfestigkeit zu beschweren.
