iPhone 12 64 GB schwarz, mit Karton und Lederhülle
Dieses iPhone hat jahrelang zuverlässig geklingelt, fotografiert und mich morgens geweckt. Einmal hat es sich mit einer Kante angelegt und dabei knapp verloren, das sieht man am oberen Rahmen. Sonst ist es erstaunlich gut durchs Leben gekommen.
Apple iPhone 12 mit 64 GB in Schwarz, voll funktionsfähig und ohne Reparaturen. Glas vorne und hinten ist kratzerfrei, weil das Gerät sein Leben in der mitgelieferten Lederhülle verbracht hat. Passt für alle, die ein solides Alltagstelefon suchen und nicht 900 Franken für die neueste Generation ausgeben wollen.

* Zustand: sehr gut. Display und Rückseite kratzerfrei. Einzige Ausnahme ist eine gut einen Zentimeter lange Schramme am oberen Rahmenrand, an der das blanke Aluminium durchschaut. Sie ist auf dem letzten Bild drauf und stört im Betrieb null.

This iPhone has spent years ringing, taking pictures and waking me up on time. It once picked a fight with a table edge and narrowly lost, which you can see on the top of the frame. Everything else came through in remarkably good shape.
Apple iPhone 12 with 64 GB in black, fully working, never repaired. Front and back glass are scratch free, because the phone spent its whole life inside the leather case that comes with it. A sensible everyday phone for anyone who would rather not spend 900 francs on the newest generation.

* Condition: very good. Display and back are scratch free. The one exception is a scuff of about one centimetre on the top edge of the frame where the bare aluminium shows through. There is a close-up photo of it, and it has no effect on daily use.

MacBook Pro 16" M1 Pro, 16/512, nur 109 Ladezyklen
Vier Jahre lang hat dieser 16-Zöller alles klaglos weggerechnet, was ich ihm vorgesetzt habe, und dabei so wenig am Netz gehangen, dass der Akku erst 109 Ladezyklen zählt. Jetzt ist ein neues Gerät eingezogen, und dieses hier sucht jemanden, der es wieder täglich braucht.
Apple MacBook Pro 16 Zoll aus 2021 in Silber, M1 Pro mit 10 Kernen, 16 GB Unified Memory und 512 GB SSD. Das ist immer noch eine Maschine für Videoschnitt, Lightroom, Entwicklung, Musikproduktion und alles, was Leistung braucht, mit einem Display, das man nach dem Umstieg zuerst vermisst.

Dieser Drucker hat 2010 angefangen und seither vermutlich mehr Steuererklärungen gesehen als sein Besitzer. Jetzt sucht er einen Schreibtisch, an dem wieder etwas ausgedruckt wird.
Samsung SCX-4300, Schwarzweiss-Laser-Multifunktionsgerät: drucken, kopieren und scannen über den Flachbettscanner. Laser statt Tinte heisst, dass nichts eintrocknet, wenn man ihn wochenlang nicht anfasst. Genau richtig als anspruchsloses Zweitgerät, fürs Homeoffice mit wenig Druckvolumen oder für Studierende, die zweimal im Semester ein Skript ausdrucken.

This printer started work in 2010 and has probably seen more tax returns than its owner. Now it is looking for a desk where something gets printed again.

A good no-nonsense second device, for a home office with low print volume, or for students who print a script twice a semester.

Der Fontus wartet seit ein paar Sommern darauf, dass mal wieder ein Velo richtig dreckig wird. Bei uns passiert das zu selten, also sucht er einen Haushalt mit mehr Matsch.

The Fontus has been waiting a few summers for a bike to get properly filthy again. That happens too rarely around here, so it is looking for a household with more mud.

Dieser Tisch hat jahrelang Laptop, Kaffeetasse und den einen oder anderen Papierstapel getragen, ohne je zu wackeln. Jetzt zieht bei uns etwas anderes ein, und er sucht einen Platz, an dem wieder gearbeitet wird.
Ikea MALM Schreibtisch in Weiss, ca. 135 cm breit und 65 cm tief. Auf der einen Seite ein Unterbau mit Schublade und Türfach, auf der anderen eine offene Wange. Die Platte ist die typisch dicke MALM Platte, die auch von der Rückseite gut aussieht, der Tisch lässt sich also frei im Raum stellen. Passt für Homeoffice, Kinderzimmer oder als Ablagefläche, die nach Möbel aussieht statt nach Provisorium.

This desk carried a laptop, a coffee mug and the occasional tower of paperwork for years without ever wobbling. Something else is moving in now, so it is looking for a room where real work happens again.
IKEA MALM desk in white, roughly 135 cm wide and 65 cm deep. One side has a small cabinet with a drawer and a door compartment, the other side an open panel leg. The thick MALM top looks just as good from the back, so the desk can stand free in the room. Works well for a home office, a kid's room, or simply as a surface that looks like furniture rather than a temporary fix.

Diese Flasche hat über elf Jahre im Keller gestanden und auf einen Ölwechsel gewartet, der nie gekommen ist. Jetzt darf sie endlich in einen Motor.
Original BMW TwinPower Turbo Motoröl, SAE 5W-30, Freigabe BMW Longlife-04, 1 Liter. Werksverschluss ist unversehrt, die Flasche wurde nie geöffnet. Passt für BMW Motoren mit LL-04 Vorgabe, also viele Diesel mit Partikelfilter und diverse Benziner.

Ehrlich gesagt: bei über elf Jahren ist die übliche Herstellerangabe zur Lagerfähigkeit von etwa fünf Jahren längst überschritten. Das Grundöl selbst wird nicht schlecht, aber Additive können sich absetzen, deshalb vor Gebrauch kräftig schütteln. Für den nächsten Longlife-Ölwechsel am neuen Wagen würde ich es nicht nehmen, als Nachfüllöl, für einen älteren Motor oder als Reserve im Regal ist es prima. Zu schade zum Entsorgen, darum der symbolische Preis.

This bottle spent more than eleven years in a cellar waiting for an oil change that never happened. Time it finally made it into an engine.
Genuine BMW TwinPower Turbo engine oil, SAE 5W-30, BMW Longlife-04 approval, 1 litre. Factory seal intact, never opened. Suits BMW engines specified for LL-04, meaning many diesels with particulate filter and a range of petrol engines.

To be straight about it: at more than eleven years the usual manufacturer shelf life of about five years is long gone. As top-up oil, for an older engine or as a spare on the shelf, it is fine. Too good to throw away, hence the symbolic price.
