For sale is a super rare and fantastic Fender Aerodyne Telecaster Q Serial, built between 2002 and 2004 in a gloss black finish with an elegant cream binding and a matching headstock. Carved-top, belly cut, a vintage-output P90 single-coil in the neck position, reminiscent of early 1960s Gibsons, and a true Telecaster single-coil in the bridge position for all your twangy lead lines and soaring solos. Activated together, these pickups have a very balanced sonic palette with plenty of warmth from the P90 and a lot of clarity from the bridge pickup. Wood is likely to be alder, the neck has a slim C profile, satin finish on the back that will never get sticky. These models are very hard to come by and are long out of production. Fender Japan revised the model some years ago, but decided not to include the P90 pickup or the black finish. The absence of the pickguard makes this look like a stealth jet or a grand piano. Modern-design bridge allows for much more precise intonation thanks to individual steel saddles and the thick baseplate provides great sustain and tuning stability. The guitar has some marks here and there, nothing serious and something to expect from a 20+ years instrument. No issues otherwise. Comes complete with new strings (0.10-0.46). Weight is around 3.4 kg. Also comes with the original black japanese Fender gigbag. I'm putting it up for sale but I might reconsider because it's one of the most beautiful and original Telecasters I've ever held. Grab it while it?s there. Shipping in CH is 32.50 (A-Post). Thanks for watching!
