WG Zimmer in Laubegg, Zürich
Hi everyone! Im moving out end of beginning of November (2nd ideally but tbd if needed earlier) and am looking to pass on my room in Zürich, located in Laubegg (just 7 min from Bahnhof Enge). We have the tram in front of the house and also Migros/Coop. Also, a large modern kitchen, big balcony with views over Zurich, and three easygoing flatmates (both work full-time). Even a BBQ grill though slightly rusty ;)
Rent: 1319 CHF/month (6 months) or 1359 CHF/month (3 months).
The room goes through an agency which has initial but low registration frees, implying however also that the room is serviced (i.e regular cleanings of the common rooms)
