Collectible Gibson Nighthawk 1994 original rare
The guitar is in great shape with original pickups, original frets, straight neck and low action.
An originally over-lacquered area now shows checkings already, which gives it an extra vintage mojo touch.
Considering it is 31 years old, it feels and plays like new.

The pickups and wiring offer you 10 positions. All of them are very silent, even with high gain overdrive, thanks to these rare pickups and wiring from the 90s (that was the peak of the music industry and the last decade when everything was being built to last).
This guitar was Gibson's biggest innovation of that decade, featuring 4 modes in one guitar: Les Paul mode, Telecaster, Classic Stratocaster and Super Strat.
With the tone knob pulled up you are in classic stratocaster mode. All 3 pickups act as single coils and the 5-way switch works normally, i.e:
1~single coil bridge pickup,
2~single coil bridge + single coil middle,
3~single coil middle,
4~single coil middle + single coil neck,
5~single coil neck.
(positions 1 and 5 are basically the same in a Telecaster)
With the tone knob in normal position you have the following options with the 5-way switch:
1~bridge humbucker (Les Paul treble mode),
2~bridge humbucker + neck humbucker (Les Paul middle mode),
3~neck humbucker (Les Paul rhythm mode),
4~bridge humbucker + single coil middle (super strat mode)
5~ single coil neck + single coil bridge (telecaster middle mode).
