WW2 German Officers Visor Cap Sonderklasse
Original period German officers visor cap attributed to the Wehrmacht Heer (German Army) and manufactured by Sonderklasse, a maker regarded by collectors as one of the better-known and more desirable manufacturers of this type of military headgear.
The example is described as rare and in overall excellent condition, making it particularly suitable for display or inclusion in a serious militaria collection.
There are some age-related imperfections, primarily to the interior around the attachment of the leather sweatband, as well as one small hole on the exterior. Aside from these minor issues, the seller describes the overall condition as very close to mint.
The cap features forest-green piping. The front eagle insignia is described as silver-toned, although it may appear to have a slightly golden hue in some of the photographs.
