|You will be sharing an 80m² apartment with 3.5 rooms with just one other flatmate (that would be me!). We have to decide together who gets which bedroom; both rooms are seemingly identical in size, but have slight differences: Both rooms have a wardrobe and a bed, which should preferably be taken over. My current bedroom is the one with the painting and plants, and it has a bookshelf built in; the other room features a large storage space sealed behind two doors. The living room is shared, and I would like to make something nice out of it. When my current flatmate leaves, the only thing that will be left is the huge sofa. Otherwise we have complete freedom to make something great out of it :). I would be most happy with a tenant who would feel the same. The kind of person with a certain taste, who does not take great pride in saying: yeah, I got that from IKEA too. Location-wise: I really like it! The block of apartments is a bit removed from the Hegibachstrasse itself, surrounded by other blocks, so it's very calm. There's parking space (for guests too) right in front of it. There's a bus stop steps away (which takes you directly to HB and helvetiaplatz and everywhere). But what I like best: it's on the sunny side of the lake, and taking the bike downhill to Chinagarten after work is amazing. I could not include more pictures sadly, but please contact me for more pictures of the living rooms, kitchen, bathroom, etc.|
I'm looking for: a single person in their 20s or early 30s, who thinks of an apartment as more than a place to sleep and wants to make something nice out of it. In terms of doing stuff together: I'm happy to share a meal every now and then and grab a drink. And if you're into it we might go for a hike in spring/summer, or do sports (I usually just go running, or play football in the weekends). I wouldn't see all that as a requirement, obviously :).
About me: I am Harmen (yes, not Herman, people keep making spelling errors), 27 years old, male, and I work as a software developer. Lately I've been doing a lot of home office here -- it worked for me. When I'm not working I'm either at the lake, in the mountains, working on some project of myself, or playing football.
