Vintage Japanese Hanhaba Obi | Silver Kamon Crest | Set of 2
Authentic vintage Japanese Hanhaba Obi, thoughtfully sourced in Osaka and later repurposed into two decorative textile panels for use in my home.
Woven in a deep midnight blue-black with elegant silver kamon (family crest) motifs, these pieces beautifully bridge traditional Japanese craftsmanship and contemporary interiors. Over the years, they have been enjoyed as decorative accents on a piano, sideboard and console table, adding texture, history and quiet sophistication to the space.
The textile has aged gracefully. Threads remain intact, colours are rich, and any signs of age are minimal and only visible upon very close inspection.
