Vendo basso elettrico passivo 4 corde, produzione italiana, anno 1960 . Revisionato, quasi completamente funzionante (in riparazione).
Like most Italian guitar manufacturers, Welson took advantage of the advent of pop music in the 1960s to develop his own guitar and bass models. This model is the low version of the Vedette guitar. The equivalent of the Fender Jazz Bass at Welson at the time.
This model is in excellent condition, which is very rare for a bass of its age.
Body: Maple
Neck: Curly maple
Fingerboard: Rosewood
Nut width: 40 mm
Frets: 21 medium jumbo frets (+ one zero fret)
Scale: 30" (760 mm)
Profile: D
Pickguard: 5-ply Turtoise
Pickups: 2x Single Coil Welson
Potentiometers: Volume / Tone / 3-position selector (Bass - Mid - Treble) / Rhythm Switch - Solo
Year: 1960's
Country of manufacture: Italy

The bass is super comfortable to play, with a wide sound palette with a very vintage sound!
