This reference marks the first time Audemars Piguet has created a 15202 entirely in platinum, paired with a stunning smoked green sunburst dial ? a combination that immediately captivates collectors and connoisseurs.
The 39mm case maintains the iconic dimensions of the original ?Jumbo? (height: just 8.1mm), with Audemars Piguet?s signature brushed and polished finish. The white gold bezel screws, polished to perfection, further enhance the contrast and character of this unique timepiece.
Inside, the Royal Oak 15202PT remains true to its heritage. It houses the legendary caliber 2121, based on the Jaeger-LeCoultre movement and visible through the sapphire caseback. The beautifully finished movement features a 21K gold rotor and is revered for both its thinness and reliability.
Designed by Gérald Genta, the Royal Oak defined the category of the luxury sports watch when it debuted in 1972 with reference 5402.
