In the former Hotel Au Parc, a new contemporary, fresh pop-up hotel is opening its doors, the Becozy Fribourg.
For the restaurant space, we are looking for a catering company that will revitalise the restaurant with a cool concept and thus contribute to the revitalisation of the building.
(also conceivable as a ghost kitchen / production kitchen).
What we offer:
· Fully equipped, professional gastro kitchen.
· Service bar, buffet, interior with approx. 40 seats, winter garden with approx. 40 seats, terrace with approx. 20 seats.
· Great environment with potential due to upcoming projects like the hotel opening and the event/seminar centre.
· The project is limited until the end of 2024 with an option until 2025.
· The rent for a restaurant operator would be CHF 3'490.- incl. service charges monthly.
· For a production kitchen at CHF 4'490.- incl. service charges monthly.
