Bread cutting board made of bamboo wood Sbriciola with a collection container made of thermoplastic resin by Alessi. "Sbriciola," designed by Anna and Gian Franco Gasparini, is a practical bread cutting board for the kitchen, but not only. It features wide longitudinal slots and a compartment underneath that collects the crumbs falling through the slots. This compartment is divided into two sections: the smaller one is intended for storing the bread knife and is located under the part of the board that has no slots; this way, it is protected from falling crumbs. The second compartment is the same size as the area of the cutting board that has slots and collects the crumbs that occur when cutting the bread.
