On sale a piece of history and one the most wanted object for collectors of digital LCD watches: one of the first Liquid crystal display digital watches, dates back in 1974-75 From Seiko
It was very expensive at the time, almost like an Omega chronometer.
As you see from the pictures, the watch is working and keeps time well, this is quite rare to find it working or with the Led display undamaged.
The switch between hour and chronometer works correctly (see pictures).
The major defect is that the two front buttons are almost stuck in their place and very hard, even when moving I did not succeed to make them work (e.g to set the time, etc) probably they need to be lubricated.
Sold as it is. It needs a service and to be professionally checked
Minor scratches, it is in very good shape for the age.
The strap has some remaining black paint and it is in overall quite good condition for the age. The black paint in the strap is mostly scratched away.
It is its original band/strap. It fits mid to large wrists by adapting it
It has a new battery.
