Fender ATL-78 Telecaster Q Serial - Black - 2002/4
For sale is a super rare and fantastic Fender Aerodyne Telecaster Q Serial, built between 2002 and 2004 in a gloss black finish with an elegant cream binding and a matching headstock. Carved-top, belly cut, a vintage-output P90 single-coil in the neck position, reminiscent of early 1960s Gibsons, and a true Telecaster single-coil in the bridge position for all your twangy lead lines and soaring solos. Activated together, these pickups have a very balanced sonic palette with plenty of warmth from the P90 and a lot of clarity from the bridge pickup. Wood is likely to be alder, the neck has a slim C profile, satin finish on the back that will never get sticky. These models are very hard to come by and are long out of production. Fender Japan revised the model some years ago, but decided not to include the P90 pickup or the black finish. The absence of the pickguard makes this look like a stealth jet or a grand piano. Modern-design bridge allows for much more precise intonation thanks to individual steel saddles and the thick baseplate provides great sustain and tuning stability. The guitar has some marks here and there, nothing serious and something to expect from a 20+ years instrument. No issues otherwise. Comes complete with new strings (0.10-0.46). Weight is around 3.4 kg. Also comes with the original black japanese Fender gigbag. Fender Jazzmaster JM-Champ N Serial Vintage White 1993/4
For sale is a rare Fender Jazzmaster JM-Champ N Serial, built between 1993 and 1994. Usually you find those in sunburst or fiesta red finish. This one comes with the much rare vintage white finish, with the red perloid pickguard. Overall in very good condition, with some minor surface cracks in the finish, small scratches and dents here and there. Everything works as it should. This model is a pretty unusual and somewhat rare variant of the Jazzmaster, designed for portable practice or novelty use. The guitar has an internal speaker powered by a battery, so you can play it without an external amp. A small switch gives you three options: Off, On (clean sound), and Distortion mode, or you can just connect it to an amp and use it as a standard electric guitar (in this case the internal amp is muted). Has one humbucker pickup and a 24-inch scale length. Maple neck + rosewood fretboard, vintage-style 7.25" radius. Comes complete with the tremolo arm, the back plate, the original gigbag, new strings (.008/.039) and a new battery. Neck is straight and frets have little or no marks. Weight is around 2.7 kg. Fender D'Aquisto Standard Archtop in matted Black - 1984
For sale is a lovely 1984 Fender D'Aquisto Standard Archtop in matted black. In late 1983, in a co-operative effort with legendary luthier James D'Aquisto, Fender introduced the single-cutaway, fully hollow D'Aquisto Archtop as part of the Master Series. The Fender D'Aquisto models include the Elite (with one pickup and gold hardware) and the Standard (two pickups and chrome hardware).
The Fender D'Aquisto Standard archtop model was built only as a 1984 model, and features laminated maple construction with a bound rosewood 20-fret fingerboard, rosewood tailpiece, bound rosewood pickguard and rosewood control knobs. The scale is 24.75 inches. The Standard model has two humbucking pickups, and the control layout is usual for this configuration, pickup selector and individual volume and tone controls. Chrome plated, sealed Fender-branded tuners are used.
This example of the 1984 Fender D'Aquisto Standard Archtop, the only year this instrument was produced, is in great playing condition, and overall good condition, with just a couple of small, barely visible scratches on the back. It plays smoothly and sounds great! A dream guitar for the jazz player, or even for the blues and early rock styles thanks to the two Schaller humbucking PU. Weight ca. 3.2 kg. A beautiful blue leather hard-shell case is included. Comes with new Thomastik-Infeld Flat Wound Strings JS 110 (0.10-0.44). Shipping in CH is 32.50 (A-Post).

Vintage K. Yairi, SE-1, Rose, 1987
For sale in an unusual and absolutele unique K. Yairi guitar, SE-1 model, built in 1987. Finish, as you can see, is rose. Yairi is a well known and respected japanese guitar building factory (now owned by Alvarez; Dominic Miller, Sting guitarist, plays their guitars; same for Paul McCartney or Santana), but I could not find any info on this specific model. I am not posting photos of the back of the instrument because it mimics the shape of a human back, and it might disturb some people (use your imagination). If you are interested in the guitar, I can send you photos privately. I do not know about the mold by which they obtained the shape of the back, and I assume the top is some kind of wood (no idea which one tough). It is in very good shape for its age, neck and frets have no signs, just a couple of slight marks on the body, nothing serious. Electrics works fine, tuning keys are ok. If anyone knows anything about this model, please let me know, so I can share it on this page. It is clearly a collector guitar, something that would surprise any of your guests. For the more daring types, a guitar to play on a stage (at your own risk). If you have any questions, do not hesitate. Comes with a generic Ritter gigbag and new strings (0.10-0.46).
