FEARN VT-2 TUBE PREAMPS (4x NOS GE6072a Tubes)
Selling this absolutely wonderful FEARN VT-2 tube preamps (2 channels). This is a stellar unit providing sounds of the highest quality.
Just went throught regular maintenance so good to go for many years of service. (1x capacitor replaced + tube tested).
*** The unit has 4x NOS GE 6072a tubes inside. Those tubes cost a little fortune and are quite hard to find so it's a nice thing this Fearn VT-2 packed with them. If you buy a new one the Fearn equipment are now made by Hazzelrig and come with cheap Russian newer tubes... The Fearn VT-2 i have here is as good as it gets.

NEUMANN M367 (U67) VINTAGE MICROPHONE just serviced
Hi,
Another very special gem from my collection. Here is a very rare Neumann M367 (just serviced, new tube AC701K) : Here is my favorite microphone of all time. If you don't know about it, it was commisionned by French radio from 1966 to 1976 and was produced in only a few hundred /maybe 200 exemplary maximum. It's basically a vintage U67 but with the AC701K instead of the EF86. Very close brother to the M269C (which was the german radio comissionned version ) with only 2 small differences seperating them: 1: Sogie connector instead of Tuchel. 2: Polarity control on the microphone like U67 instead of on the PSU like M269. M367 is more rare as there are less than half the amount produced. Thats it.
To sum it short, the microphone has a legendary brass K67 capsule, translucide acrylic head mount (not cheaper plastic later 70s version of vintage U67)
, BV12 transformer (same as U67) and an AC701K tube.
If you are familiar with vintage U67, you will surely enjoy this one even more. It is similar sounding meaning awesome presence, super versatile and musical. But the difference is noticeable, i feel the sound is larger meaning more bass but also more definition in the highs. The noise ratio is lower than U67 making it a ridiculously quiet microphone. It's hard to explain but the microphone is unequally balanced and rich.
The mids are less congested than vintage U67 which required sometimes EQ but the M367 always make perfect tracks not requiring anything. Also the microphone offers a tiny tad of natural compression/rejection of other sources which makes it in my opinion the best microphone of all time. I wish i had 10 and record every sources with it but i currentely have 3 and the other ones are match pair so cant seperate. Only letting it go to fund renovation of my studio...but will buy more again.

All of it is in wonderful condition (collector grade), working perfectly and providing a truly wonderful sound, very rich and precise. It's basically a stereo vintage U87i on steroid with 2x Neumann K67 capsules instead of K87. This mic is perfect for single source in stereo (or mono) recording or more sophisticated M/S, Blumlein ensemble recording techniques. You wont be disappionted by this microphone.

NEUMANN KM54AC VINTAGE MICROPHONE
Hi,
Up for sale a beautiful vintage Neumann KM54AC microphone all original kit. This microphone has an early serial number and sounds truly like a champion. Released in 1954 it was meant to rival the legendary U47 in a more compact version. The nickel membrane capsule combined with the AC701K tube + the BV13 transformer is a magical combination.
This kit is composed of
-Neumann KM54AC microphone (#395)
(the C in name means Neumann upgraded it to "cathode bias" during it's life time, resulting in 4db less signal to noise ratio). Basically the better version of KM54.
-Original Neumann KM54 blue case
-Original Neumann NKM PSU (rare) in beautiful condition
- New Andreas Grosser KM54 cable (or i can change for a vintage neumann/ Belden silver cable for 200- extra)
Everything works perfect, sounds simply awesome, big and lush.
Most KM54s for sale have been butchered and rarely they come with all original articles. The Nickel membrane and ac701k are quite a delicate combination so it's important to try if possible and or buy from thrustworthy source. This one sounds top notch and is put up for sale for a reasonnable price .

NEUMANN KM56C VINTAGE MICROPHONE
Hi,
Another gem up from my locker, this time is a Neumann KM56C microphone all original kit (very esrly serial)
Here is a fantastic sounding exemple of KM56 microphone. Basically a smaller version of Neumann U47 using more compact technology and components.
Double membrane nickel membrane in wonderful condition, AC701K tube, BV13 transformer = happiness and succes.
This kit includes:
-Neumann KM56C all original (serial #108)
with rare chrome top head
"C" in name means "cathode bias" so 4db less noise in signal which is the best version of the KM serie.
-Neumann Original vintage KM56 blue case
-Neumann original NKM PSU in really good condition
-Original Neumann belden cable
-3 pin tuchel to XLR output cable
This microphone sounds honestly so good, I'm reluctant to sale it but I have to fund a renovation of my studio... but this is a great one that I have kept for many years and use on several records.

Mazaud Gypsy Jazz Guitar Selmer manouche
Beautiful Gypsy Jazz guitar made by Alain Mazaud. This is a D hole model with spruce top, Palissander back, walnut neck and ebony fretboard. The guitar was played a lot but is still in great condition.
Very nice sounding instrument with selmer maccaferri signature. The tuners are really high quality, custom ordered, very precise and with ebony keys. The guitar has a pick up installed inside. Hit me up for more info.

2x NEUMANN KM83 MATCHED vintage microphones (omni KM84)
Wonderfull matched pair of NEUMANN K83 (vintage).
The mics have consecutive serial number and are a true perfect matched pair.
Same body amplifier as KM84 and the capsules are switchable in case you have them (or want to look for some).
This matched pair sound really beautiful and are some of my favorite mics even if FET based (not tubes) like other glorious Neumann's mics. I have 2x Matched pair of KM83's so im letting go one (pair).
The mylar K83 capsule is the same as in the legendary M50 (last revision), wonderfull full range sound.

SELMER GUITAR (MACCAFERRI) from 1937 (Owned Matelot Ferret)
Original SELMER guitar from 1937. Highly collectible and rare instrument. This one is in really good condition.
It was restored in 1983 by Favino. I have a bit of documentation on it's history and the guitar was owned by the legend Matelot Ferret.
Plays and sound really wonderfuly. I have tried over 30 and chose this one as my instruments for several years. Huge beautiful sound. Classic gypsy / Jazz manouche Django Reinhardt sound that remains unequalled by modern luthier's..
Comes with vintage case.
