Für den Zeitraum vom 1. November 2026 bis 31. Mai 2027 suche ich eine Person zur Untermiete für meine vollständig möblierte 2.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Zürich Oerlikon.
Die ca. 56 m2 grosse Wohnung ist dank der Fenster auf zwei Seiten sehr hell und grosszügig. Die geräumige Küche bietet viel Platz und alles, was man für den Alltag braucht. Zusammen mit dem grosszügigen Wohnbereich entsteht ein angenehm offenes Wohngefühl. Ein Balkon und ein eigenes Kellerabteil gehören ebenfalls dazu.
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Sternen Oerlikon:
Bahnhof Oerlikon in ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuss
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe
Markt zweimal pro Woche direkt vor dem Haus
sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr

Wen ich suche
Ich wünsche mir eine zuverlässige und sorgfältige Person, die sich in der Wohnung wohlfühlt und respektvoll mit der Wohnung und der Einrichtung umgeht.
Bevorzugt wird eine Einzelperson, ein Paar ist ebenfalls möglich.
Gewünscht: Nichtraucherhaushalt. Auch auf dem Balkon sollte nicht geraucht werden. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
Eine Privathaftpflichtversicherung wird vorausgesetzt.

The approximately 56 m2 apartment is very bright and spacious, thanks to windows facing two sides of the building. The generous kitchen offers plenty of space and everything you need for everyday life. Together with the spacious living area, it creates a pleasant open feel. A balcony and a private basement storage unit are also included.

The apartment is located right at Sternen Oerlikon:
Oerlikon train station: approx. 3 minutes on foot
Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés nearby
Local market twice a week right outside the building

I am looking for a reliable and considerate tenant who will feel at home in the apartment and treat both the apartment and its furnishings with care.
Preference is given to a single person, although a couple is also welcome.
Non-smoking household preferred. Smoking should also be avoided on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.
Personal liability insurance is required.
